Sometimes we provide them for free for test purposes. (as an example, YIHA-III now Sivrisinek to Azerbaijan or Ukraine and Pakistan)
I'm sure we'll get some valuable lessons from the feedback.

The same scenario played in Ukraine over and over and over again, for both sides. Any air defence or vehicle within drone range has to have C-UAS of some type with it or it is very likely to get blown up. And you don't even need heat seeking or anything, camouflage it all you want, these drones have cameras and they simple target the armoured vehicle looking thing, again, proven in Ukraine with hundreds of videos at this point.

Hisar scored the hits recently in The Gulf, here unfortunately it was destroyed. In war things get destroyed and it is more important to learn a lesson. The lessons from the failures are lot more valuable.
I am almost sure that someone from Turkish Armed Forces personal was there to observe operational capability.
THAAD was destroyed recently, and quite few Iron Dome units,and we are talking here about the people who really have long experience in these kind of situations.

I swear our defence industry brochures exist to irk me. Who the hell writes "12 calibre"? It is .50 calibre or 12.7 mm.

Also, @Kaan Azman , is there any chance you can upload the photo of Şahin Lite by itself? It isn't in the article (I think one of the bullet photos were supposed to be that one) and I'm curious about how small it was.

It looks really damn compact, that's great. If it can be used with a vehicles own sensors, it would make a great C-UAS system for a tank or armoured vehicle.

Details I could make out:

• Missile impact range: 14.2 km (almost maximum range)
• Drone speed: ~45 km/h (older radars especially struggle to distinguish objects with such low speeds from ground clutter)
• Probability of Kill (PK): 91% (extremely high for maximum range, but normal due to the target's low speed)
• Time between launch and impact: 26 seconds (an average speed of Mach 1.6, much higher during launch and terminal phases)
• Missile 3: 2 missiles has been fired previously
• DLGU and INS active: The data link with the ground station is healthy
• CACS and SACS inactive: This likely indicates that the system is operating standalone
• Engagement Suitable indicator: Algorithmic firing optimization

The missile is BlueArrow-11(蓝箭-11), UAV perhaps is CH-4B(彩虹-4B).
All of these weapons were sold to UAE many years before.

Ch-4B stall speed is 90 km/h meanwhile the target intercepted in the video was travelling at 45 km/h so if this was an Hisar-A interception it must be a different one
