As mich as I like the idea and system at all, I want to see a more „Transformers“ -like mechanic system, not an add on or plug-in system.
For example, the radar on the roof of the truck, should be retractable.

Not totally sure what you mean with "This is how they test whether the seeker head can detect IR signals" but manpads need to lock on before launch in order to engage targets since they lack a data link
Yes there is no data link that's why you need to check seekers engagement. Otherwise how you could connect information from radar with missiles.



First AESA radars detects target. But SUNGUR is standard limited MANPADS missiles as you send. You can not send target information to SUNGUR. SUNGUR itself must detect and receive IR signals.


Or Launcher sends SUNGUR towards target and locks after launch?

Because FIM-92K: Variant of FIM-92J designed to use a vehicle datalink rather than the missile's own seeker for targeting.
