It was about time to increase the range of the Turkish artillery weapons considering how Ukraine war showed that powerful,accurate and long range artillery is still among the most important assets in today's battlefield.

Btw what happened to the introduction of ARPAN howitzers in the Turkish army?Did they scrap that project?

2 fire support missions per day
9 shells per fire mission (3 shells per artillery in a battery)

This is MKE's report from 2022, while it doesn't mention exact numbers of production, you can see the budget for everything they produced, from gunpowder to howitzers at page 14. Or at least, that' what I'm guessing because the chart at the end barely has any descriptions, so it is either their budgets, or what they had the budget for and what they produced, I'm really not sure.

Do you have any information with regard to Yavuz..The self propelled howitzer.
Before 2023,The malaysian gov was interested in buying 155mm Yavuz yet later due to change of new government they decided to canceled it and have another round of open tender.
Its strange that I rarely read anything here on this forum that talk anything about Yavuz.

I think only old people must be remember MKE was developed Yavuz Sph end of 90's it was copy of Pzh2000 but project was cancelled becouse of some reasons, they revived the name of the project again with this Truck Mounted Howitzer.
