The 10-tonne utility helicopter will be something like 12-tonne as one of the requirements of the Ministry of Forestry and Agriculture is to carry 4 tonnes of water. This also works in favor of the Navy the more it carries the better it is.

There are a number of reasons why you see it that way. The major difference is the glossy state of the Gökbey prototype. T-929 has a matt finish. All in all I didn't spot major issues with the build quality of the first prototype. The majority of the parts are single piece composites regardless.

Translation ??
Basicly he talked about ;
-He talked about Gökbey and how it is nationalized its engine and transmission and and how important that is for the Turkish Weapons Industry,
-T70 project might not be fully implemented because of the licencing issue. But because of our nationalized projects it will be compansated in the long turn.
-T-129 exported to Nigeria and Philipines and philippines wants to buy 6 more T-129. Also USA still refuses to sell necessary parts for the T-129 to Pakistan. If Pakistan could wait for the T-629 (Nationalized Version of the T-129) we would sell them or When Atak-II enters production they might go for Atak-II.

Selling Atak2 to such a volatile Country isn't the best idea, I guess.
On contrary, this is absolutely necessary. Okay, what is really needed for Pakistan is a professional army focused solely on military service and cleared of corrupt elements. However, this army will also need smart&high firepower. Pakistan must be politically stable or she will be a problem for everyone, including India.
