There are a number of reasons why you see it that way. The major difference is the glossy state of the Gökbey prototype. T-929 has a matt finish. All in all I didn't spot major issues with the build quality of the first prototype. The majority of the parts are single piece composites regardless.

On contrary, this is absolutely necessary. Okay, what is really needed for Pakistan is a professional army focused solely on military service and cleared of corrupt elements. However, this army will also need smart&high firepower.
