60 SAM is mainly a manpad regt, so its very unlikely that they will recieve MRSAM. besides the army can just form a new unit to hold the MRSAMs

Nope 48 AD is just a normal AD regts with at most 1 full bty of fn90s, and 60 SAM is just a MANPAD regt
