Hilarious this news from Greece side, we are weak with Geo-Politics, 12 mile is loading, stupid goverment they are weak :D . And ther are honest Greecs that are accepting it.

We must be ready and heavily armed for what Turkey is bringing to the Aegean and the Mediterranean. The Foreign Ministry can take the lead, and it is now imperative to stop the appeasement of the Greeks. In a little while, we will propose specific measures agains

Turkish Achievement in Libya: The Parliament in the eastern government's stronghold, the rival to the western Libyan government, approved the maritime border agreement with Turkey. The implication is that Ankara will be able to veto marine projects in the form of connecting electrical infrastructure and underground cables, including those connecting between Israel, Cyprus, and Greec

The response to the Turco-Libyan memorandum must be the delimitation of an EEZ with Cyprus and, at the same time, the projection of military power, so that Turkey wouldn't even dream of making a move—but from what we've seen, the weapons systems are more for the flashy shows of the government's cronies.
The Twitter account from the last tweet is certainly something, considering WW2 and imposed austerity measures in the recent past

They confronted the legitimate Libyan state presidents at every opportunity with this insolent posture, issuing threats. After every meeting, they declared the Turkey-Libya EEZ agreement illegitimate, relying on the Haftar side. Now the Benghazi administration has also approved the same agreement. Greece is crying again.

Retired Greek Rear Admiral Ioannis Egolfopoulos blew a fuse after the Libyan House of Representatives approved the maritime jurisdiction agreement with Turkey. “We deserve this fate; no one in our country lifted a finger.” “Rubio was here a week ago—why didn’t we say anything? If we spoke up and they still didn’t listen, that’s even worse.” “We sent ships to Libya, donated patrol boats, but they sold us out.” “What’s anyone in our country actually doing? Didn’t they have any intelligence? A whole nation feels humiliated.”

greeks were too busy jerking themselves off in front of the mirror with talks of pre-emptive strikes against Turkiye.

It's been a wonderful day to browse Greek twitter, i can tell you.
Turkish supported Western Tripoli government signed this deal back in 2019. Today, after about 2 years of back and forth, previously French/Russian/Emirati/Egyptian supported Benghazi government also legalized the deal and removed the previous laws they enacted against it. Meaning now "both Libyas" support it.

Greeks started their crying fast, with EU bigwigs sending angry letters. What a great day; missed this.

Love it.

"We deeply regret 2 sovereign states making agreements that benefit each other"

"We reiterate the EU's position against outside interference blabla"

Like the EU isn't party to at least a decade of "oUtSiDe InTerFerEncE" that toppled the state and left it in a state of civil war, whilst also attempting to get another colonial foothold in Africa. Let's not forget about dead refugees floating in the med that they're responsible for!

EU can't eat itself soon enough. Dogshit union of coward racists.

So, just making sure.... Does this include both sides of the Libyan .... Whatever they got going on?
Yes
The Turkish-supported govt signed that deal long ago, around 2019-2020 i think. The problem was that the parliament under Aquila Saleh from Haftar's side refused to ratify the agreement, even when relations between Turkey ajd Haftar improved back in the period of 2024-2025 and many sources stated that Aquila Saleh refused to do so because Mossad was blackmailing him with some serious footage in order to prevent Turkey from being too powerful (this came frome some Israeli media long ago as well and was somehows adopted by all media)

Aquila Saleh resigned quite recently and his successor ratified the Libya-Turkish EEZ in his first parliamentary session

Imagine how much more we could have accomplished if someone didn't exploded and damaged our ties with Egypt for a long time.

А Russian publication on the agreement between Turkey and Libya.

"When the sea becomes an arena for geopolitics..."

A game-changing decision: the Libyan government based in the east of the country—long considered a stronghold for forces opposed to Turkish influence—has unexpectedly approved a maritime agreement with Ankara.
It has emerged that the Libyan parliament has unanimously ratified the maritime agreement between Libya and Turkey. This is not merely a diplomatic move, but a geopolitical maneuver capable of redrawing the map of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Who stands to lose from this?

First and foremost, Greece. Its alliance with Egypt and France was built around countering Ankara. Now, however, Ankara can claim: "Libya is on our side." Athens argues that international law has been violated, but what happens if both Libyan governments now support Turkey?
Turkey has gained not only a legal foothold but also a moral trump card: it is not violating anyone else's borders; it is simply "entering into a partnership with Libya." The next step could be the commencement of drilling operations—at which point the final word will no longer belong to diplomats, but to maritime machinery. Greece’s reaction will be harsh. Within the EU, there will once again be talk of sanctions. Yet, the agreement has been signed—this is the new reality.

The Eastern Mediterranean is returning to the agenda as a region where resources and geography carry more weight than peace and good-neighborly relations. And in this new game of chess, Turkey has once again made the opening move.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Good-neighborly relations!" I wonder: in the view of this Russian expert, does being a "good neighbor" mean doing what Russia has done—unleashing an army of a million troops against a weaker neighboring state and destroying an entire people, as the Russians are doing in Ukraine? 😡. So, this is what "good-neighborly relations" look like, Russian-style!

Non sense. Greece claim started as a fantasy drawing in some weird university or so and they went with the map claiming it valid. The stupid part is how so many decided to support it despite it being absent of rationale.

We even saw the issue between UK and France on that small island closere to France than UK.

The law isnt equal to all bro
When "Christian" nations have a dispute, it is settled amicable through international law; however, that only applies to "Western/Christian" nations. Havent you ever asked yourself how on earth does Greece get the guts to even mention such maximalist demands against Turkey for more than 30 years or even why the hell didnt EU nations or even the US convince the Greeks to solve it amicably with the Turks? It is because Europe or the Western Christian club in general is supporting it under the table. The only thing uniting Europe till now is their identities of being "Christian" and "topplers of Turks". You think they will accept seeing the Turks rise in any way or form?

Believing that you can solve things amicably with the Greeks is pure naivety by this point. Sooner or later, the issues shackling both Greek and Turkey will be solved by one massive war; no doubt about it. Just recently, France signed a defence agreement with Greece; not out of love, but because they believe that the military balance have been way too skewed in Turkey's favour

Not only that, France even wanted to bypass all existing treaties with Turkey and build a massive naval/airbase within Greek cyprus and only stopped when the Turks promised to heavily retaliate. Iam absolutely sure that if the island of Cyprus wasnt only a few kilometers from Turkish mainland and hundreds of kilometers from either Greece or Israel, then the French would have tore all existing treaties with the Turks down the drain and established a military base regardless of the rule of law or Turkish opposition framing it as "protecting minoriites" or "protecting democracies". The Western Christian club is so good at such things after all

Another proof of that is the recently proposed Made in Europe law that runs contrary to all existing trade laws signed between EU and either non-EU or potential EU states.

All in all, what I want to say is a war between Turkey and Greece is a must if Turkey truly believes that it has a just right not only in Med Sea but also towards the Turks being oppressed till this very day in Western Thrace and that is why turkish policy should be promoting solving issues through court while arming up under the table since war will sooner or later knock on Turkey's doors and that day may come way sooner than many of us expect

The combined choir of "We should declare 12 nautical miles" today has been fun. Lads really want to die for Israel.

The "combined choir" in Greece claims for a long time "we should have declared 12 nautical miles decades ago, the moment the 12 nautical miles were a thing in this world we live in". They claim because we didn't declare the 12 miles immediately the Turks smelled fear and kept asking for more and more and now we have Mavi Vatans and I don't know whatever else they will ask from Greece tomorrow. That is why they say we will not avoid the war if the Greek politicians show fear and hold back to show that they avoid provoking the Turks and when they see that the Turks will keep asking things from Greece.

The Greeks say they will extend their territorial waters to 12 nautical miles, but that they will decide when to do so.

They are too cowardly to do anything more than put on a show for appearances. Greece wouldn’t have the courage to extend its territorial waters to 12 nautical miles even if 12 million years passed.
