"On 27 March 2025, Poland’s Armament Agency signed the first executive contract for the delivery of Borsuk infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) to the Polish Armed Forces. The agreement, worth approximately EUR 1.53 billion, covers the supply of 111 vehicles and is scheduled for delivery between 2025 and 2029.
The Borsuk vehicle features a remote-controlled ZSSW-30 turret system and is operated by a crew of three, with capacity to transport six additional soldiers. Designed for high mobility, it can traverse water obstacles by swimming and is capable of operation in diverse climate conditions.
Armed with a Bushmaster Mk.44S automatic cannon and a 7.62 mm UKM-2000C coaxial machine gun, the turret system supports five types of ammunition, including programmable rounds. The vehicle is also equipped with a dual anti-tank guided missile launcher, allowing it to engage infantry, armoured vehicles, aerial targets, and other threats in all weather and light conditions."

This should be just a start as we need about 1000 IFV. So propably next contracts will follow.

Yep, its really expensive but you need to start production and its a costly process.
It would be cheaper to buy existing product but this IFV
a) is amphibious (army wanted that for some reason)
b) has expensive remote-controlled ZSSW-30 turret
c) it is ours so we can change whatever we want.

Propably heavier IFV will be based on this model.
