I remember that they asked Elon Musk about flying cars. He said that he considered flying cars but he came to a realization that it has no future because of 2 main points.
1-) Not safe.
2-) Generating a lot of noise.
I think Cezeri will have no market future but it might act as a technology demonstrator. Maybe, some military applications in the future.
They are currently defunct. I was nearly making a deal to be part of their team.HRA Cars good design
In a galaxy far far away.US military posters of VTOL aircraft show future plans.
The French have similar plans.
Hybrid engine solutions are expected to be introduced in 2025.
For some reason, this type of flying car concepts do not seem safe to me. I personally would not have tried to fly in such a vehicles. This technology can give confidence after 50 years, but for now, no.

Parachutes do not work under like 50 meters.Dude, slap on a parachute, you'll be fine
i am not afraid of parachutes I am more afraid of turkish people actually fly such a thing when I simultaniously watch how they drive cars..Parachutes do not work under like 50 meters.
Some claim to work under 20 meters, but not reliable.
Flying cars are not safe if they are not made correctly.
The thing is people will not be allowed to roam the sky as they wish. There are strict rules in aviation. Flying cars will be treated like planes and helicopters. For any air trip to be allowed to take place there must be an airspace suitable for flight; there must be a pilot who is trained to fly a certain type of air vehicle and finally there must be an air vehicle which is thoroughly tested to reliably fly safely under intended flight conditions. Once all these three criteria are met the vehicle can be allowed to fly. So, the laws are protecting the safety of the people around the flight path.i am not afraid of parachutes I am more afraid of turkish people actually fly such a thing when I simultaniously watch how they drive cars..
at least we could feel safe in our homes but with such a vehicle we cannot feel safe anywhere..

Current laws are being slowly adapted to the new types of flying vehicles which are easier to fly than the classical ones. The industry is trying to accommodate these new types of vehicles without risking safety of people.
All Urban Air Mobility vehicles have autopilots and the new laws prescribe levels of safety that are only afforded by airline planes which is a fatal failure for every 1x10^(-9) hours of flight. This may unfortunately mean no flying cars as it is very hard to achieve. But you can limit the flight paths of flying cars to places where humans presence is very small and alleviate the failure rate requirement. The industry is hard at work to sort it out.I think a flying "car" needs more strikt rules than other vehicles.. and I think that this kind of vehicle may not fly without an autopilot in 99% of all flight minutes
Death traps.
Without major adapting of traffic infrastructure, signalisation, laws and regulations on international level, this kind of vehicles will remain only cool technology demonstrations or in very limited use.Death traps.
Laws require safety of people not participating the flight to be secured. So not allowed to fly over people. Laws require way more tighter precautions to be taken for safety if they are carrying passenger in return for money. China can not afford to degrade these laws and stay respectable. Propeller redundancy will not guarantee safety as a condition effecting one propeller may effect all of them. We need to wait and see how often they will crash.
Those are relatively easy problems but vehicles not staying in the air and falling down will be the major problem. It may not have happened today but it will happen one day.Without major adapting of traffic infrastructure, signalisation, laws and regulations on international level, this kind of vehicles will remain only cool technology demonstrations or in very limited use.
