On a difficult note, that may not be understood even in a very sensitive group such as insaniyat, the impression sometimes that seeps across is that this is a deep Brahmin conspiracy, an Indian version of Q-ANON.

The scumbag who made the film is an Agnihotri. OTOH, the lady who wrote the review is Suparna Sharma. There are scummy people in all places.
You seems to got a lot against Brahmins , this hatred haunt people in lifetime and in afterlife (if it exists ) , you are too old to be taught such small lessons ,

"if you can't live like a hero atleast die a hero " .

Quote don't fit perfectly but you got the essence .

@crixus @Paro will agree that your analysis are always tinted with your personal hatred

I don't agree to any such thing. But you of course are entitled to your beliefs.

Are you referring to my post?
Have you understood it in the first place?
How do you @crixus and @Paro have a role in forming your opinions?
Do frame your answers carefully.

You have misunderstood what Joe was saying... he was saying there is good and bad in every community.

i.e the film director is one....but so is the journalist critic in this case.

Another might like the director and hate the critic....but again the point stands in that there is disparate voices in the community at large.

You can also take my word that Joe has nothing against the Brahmins....or any community/identity of people I can think of.

I sorely wish we can exclude (as far as possible the grievances of impact) any going-ons from other fora here....people vent and are taken out of context on all manner of issues over there.

Let us do fresh start here as possible to promote worthy professional decorum here.

Is this a carry-over from some other forum?

I suspect so..... but not entirely sure. Have a gut feeling it may be.

Some people use same names and others use different names.... and this makes things tougher to keep track of on top of the lower viewing time I have alloted to other places to begin with.

Hopefully things smooth out here over time past it.

Because in an era before social media and cell phones this happened to co-religionists and we were kept in the dark.
This is the part of your post that was difficult to handle. EVERYBODY with a passing interest in Kashmir knew about this incident. Perhaps your point is that this 'EVERYBODY' is not that large a number of people, and you might be right in thinking that - I don't know. It was far from unknown.

What builds resentment in the minds of a tiny fraction of the population is the blatant exploitation of this situation for direct political dividends. There is nothing covert about it.

Well i understand your friends ideology well , if u put me in a situation to be killed from either snake or him , i will surely chose snake , atleast he is true to his nature .

And at last please refer his earlier posts too , you can learn from that what grudge he holds against caste Hindus . Last time I called out his baseless claims and he deflected convo.

Maybe it's due to Stockholm syndrome due to trauma of leaving east Pakistan and shifting to West Bengal (if i recall it right ) .

You don't support its political exploitation ? That's great , but what can you do for them to get back there and to serve justice for those inhumane murders committed , shouldn't the accused be shot down ?

To get them back there? Nothing.

To get justice? The guilty should be identified, arraigned and put on trial.

So you support Yasin Malik being in jail ? And label hurriyat as a terrorist organisation ? Burhan wani as a terrorist.

Btw I will keep these answers as SCREENSHOTS for future reference

You are not under threat of being killed by either, so why are you posturing?

Please don't make claims like this. If there was a previous discussion, please quote it.

Maybe. You are making a lot of assumptions. How does the Stockholm Syndrome come into the question of leaving East Pakistan and shifting to West Bengal? Do you even understand what the Stockhold Syndrome was?

I support the arrest of those against whom there is prima facie evidence, to be arraigned, and to stand trial. There is no question of anyone going to jail without the judicial process.
