Selçuk Bayraktar our export target for 2022 is 1 billion dollars.

Ukraine-Russian War was the best commercial for Bayraktar TB2. Even though I suspect many American allies like Australia will opt to acquire American UAV over Turkish UAV, I think Bayraktar will keep rolling in the markets where they aren't obliged to buy American weapons and have a choice to buy non-American systems.

A memorandum of understanding for the joint production of the armored vehicle Yörük 4x4 produced by Nurol Makina in Indonesia was signed.

The company exhibited mock-ups of the Yörük 4x4 (NMS 4x4) vehicle at the Indo Defense Expo & Forum 2022 held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The nomadic vehicle also took part in the show held by the Indonesian Armed Forces as part of the fair.

Nurol Makina also signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Jala, which operates in the defense industry in Indonesia.

Nurol Makina Business Development Director Mehmet Chorbacioglu told Anadolu Agency (AA) that marketing activities continue in Indonesia.

Indicating that they sent the Yörük 4x4 vehicle to Indonesia in June, Çubukcıoğlu said that the vehicle was tested by the security forces. Chorbacioglu stated that they exhibited the vehicle at the shows held at the fair and showed it to different users in the country.

Stating that as Nurol Makina, they have taken some steps not only for direct sales but also for technology transfer, Chorbacioglu said, "At this point, we signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Jala. In this context, we will carry Nurol Makina's capabilities to Indonesia. Here we are planning joint production with PT Jala." said.

Regarding the joint production plan, Mehmet Chorbacioglu said, "There is an interest and demand for Nurol Makina vehicles from various users. At this point, we plan to realize them with technology transfer phase by phase as the projects are realized." he said.

The Yörük 4x4 was developed as a new generation tactical armored vehicle capable of carrying heavy loads at a maximum cruise speed of 140 kilometers per hour.

The vehicle, which has high mine/hand-made explosive protection beyond what is expected from a vehicle in its segment, also offers scalable ballistic protection from level 1 to 4.

Yörük 4x4, which was exhibited for the first time at the IDEF 2019, attracted the attention of many countries while it was still in the design phase and received orders.

Nurol Makina signed contracts with 4 countries from different geographies, one of which is Europe, for the Yörük 4x4.

With this pace we will export 4 billion weapons for 2022 and 5 and more at 2023 bringing Turkiye at top 10 arms exporters with UK Israel Netherland etc .
In 2023 Baykar alone will export 3-4 billion worth of UAVs and UAV-related equipment and services. I expect the Turkish defense industry to export at least 6-7 billion worth of goods and services in the defense sector.
