Defense Industries President Haluk Görgün said on social media that defense and aerospace exports have reached a new peak: "In August 2025, our defense and aerospace exports amounted to $834 million, an increase of 97.3%. Between January and August, total exports increased by 45 percent, reaching $5.418 billion."
According to my calculations, Turkish arms exports will exceed $8 billion this year.
One Russian expert, analyzing the pace of development of the Turkish military-industrial complex over the past 20 years, called it "Stalin's pace!"
This is the highest praise for Russians.
