It appears that the upcoming period will be more dynamic for Otokar's expansion into the Turkistan region through "Besqaru." In Besqaru, solutions such as Chinese Norinco's turrets and more are being produced alongside Otokar's armored vehicles. Images from Kazakh President Tokayev's visit are noteworthy. Primarily, production is planned for Otokar's 8x8, 6x6, 4x4, and tracked armored vehicle solutions. Local naming conventions are being used for some of these solutions. The 8x8 Arma / Taimas, 6x6 Arma / Taimas, 4x4 Cobra II / Aibar, and 4x4 Ural are already in the inventory of Kazakhstan's security forces. Other systems showcased as vehicles to be produced at the factory (targeted for 2026) include the tracked TULPAR and the tracked İKA ALPAR. An investment of 13.5 billion tenge—approximately 1.2 billion TL—has been made here. Overall, a production capacity of 200 vehicles per year is mentioned.

BAF is buying additional Cirit for Falco Evo. I wonder if we could put them on indigenous UCAV (in development) and try them out.

Historic Step in Aviation Engines: Massive $2.95 Billion Export Order Secured!

As 2025 is left behind with record-breaking achievements, the first major export success of 2026 has arrived with TEI's signature.

I think these are just the updated deals for the offset programs and Build to Design parts. TEI is a Tier 1 parts supplier for multiple jet engines over the world. It's where the majority of the company's income comes from.

As you may be mostly correct in what you are saying, and this is an amount uttered in written form by the top man in SSB, hence we have to take it as genuine;

TEI’s 2024 export turnover was around 400 million dollars. It is expected that they will declare the 2025 export turnover to be around 450 million dollars. To have an order book of 2.95billion dollars for exports alone for the current year is unprecedented. An order book of that magnitude that is more than 8.5 times the total turnover of 2025, even if is to be billed over 4-5 years, is huge. So even if it is spread over a few years, TEI’s contribution to Turkish Defence Exports will definitely be sizeable.

EDIT :

It must be remembered that there will be ~40 F404 engines that will be exported with the planes to Spain during the next 4-5 years produced under licence; plus TEI has secured the generation of a lot of income via the LM2500 and LM500 gas turbine main parts supplier and in country service provider MRO agreement with GE. Also as per @Quasar’s post the CFM engines (GE-Safran partnership) will provide the engines and most of the parts will be manufactured by TEI.
Also to be remembered is the fact that THY becoming the largest RR engine user means most of those expensive large engine parts will be manufactured by TEI too.

This exports will put TEI in the top 100 defence and aerospace companies list. The minimum revenue on the list is like one billion dollars

That's kinda hilarious, as they were supposed to deliver 10 or something to TUrAF before the end of 2025.

there is a real bottleneck in basic intermediate pilot training....... we have SF 260 (aging...limited availability...we still remember the accident in Kayseri where we lost two pilots) and KT-1 guess we have 39 of them...... hope to see them soon! Tolga Özbek says: TUSAŞ will begin delivering HÜRKUŞ-2 to the Turkish Air Force in February.
