So called analyst thinks Ukrainian system are more matured than ours. Ah yes the unfired srbm and ww2 style vergeltungswaffe. Lächerlich
The Analyst only indirectly spoke about Yildirimhan, from this Point he is right. He forgot to mentoin that Turkey have other Options for deep Strike available like the Tayfun Block-4, Cenk which is more matured than Yildirimhan and Gezgin which likely enter serial Production next Year. If Tayfun Block 4 have a Range up to 1500 km, it could nearly reach Moscow from east Grrmany

As I tried to explain in my previous posts, going over 1000km range with a quasi ballistic missile is a difficult task to achieve.

As far as we have been told by officials, Tayfun missiles have a Quasi ballistic Trajectory. It means they all fly within atmosphere using a suppressed trajectory.

So in order to go above 1000km range, Tayfun-4 really needs to be launched from an air platform. Similar to Israeli 2000km range “Goden Horizon” missile.

One also has to remember that if Tayfun is to hit the target at 5+mach speeds, it needs a secondary fuel tank to use during the terminal phase of it‘s flight. That means either less explosives or more weight.

Cenk missile is still an elusive one as all we know of it is; Roketsan still developing it.
If it is an exoatmospheric missile and follows a true ballistic trajectory, then it may achieve 2000+km range.

Blue line : ballistic
Red line : quasi ballistic

Where did you get this specification from the officials? That depressed quasi whatever trajectory makes no sense at all. I assume you made chatgpt produce the plot.

1. Chat GPT is not allowed in this forum.
2. If you listened to the official statements you would know that Tayfun had a suppressed trajectory.
3. The graph is a generic one to illustrate a typical suppressed trajectory.
4. Before accusing people with providing wrong information, I suggest you investigate more in detail.
5. If you have a valid point then make it with valid source material.

You have the burden of proof here if you are saying tayfun is going thorugh a sine wave type trajectory for some reason.

No I don’t have the “burden of proof” when this issue was discussed here many times.
You need to read what is written a bit more carefully. The sine wave illustration is a generic one. Not necessarily belonging to Tayfun.
This missile has to evade ground air defence systems. In order to do this these type of missiles manoeuvre and alter flight altitude. That is what makes them “hypersonic missiles”. Not just their speeds. To do that they need to be flying within atmosphere.

Just read the last 2 paragraphs in below article.

TAI and ENAER, Chile's national airspace company signed an MoU to work on UAVs. Anka and Aksungur models on the table. Chile does have a huge EEZ and a Chinese fishing ships problem they are trying to curb.

Chile plans to build a national UAV based on the Turkish ANKA or Aksungur, adapted to the needs of the Chilean Air Force.

Now, ENAER and its subsidiary DTS have clarified the initial scope of the memorandum, which focuses directly on creating a project proposal based on established platforms such as the ANKA and the AKSUNGUR . The technical specifications of this UAV will be precisely tailored to the country's operational requirements, with an interest in surveillance, reconnaissance, and potentially other missions required by the Chilean Air Force (FACh).

One of the most important aspects of the agreement is the transfer of knowledge through the active participation of ENAER and DTS engineering teams in training and collaborative design activities to be carried out at Turkish Aerospace 's facilities in Turkey. This will allow Chilean professionals to gain direct experience in the development of medium-altitude, long-endurance (MALE) UAV technology, a segment in which TAI has demonstrated great maturity with successful exports and real-world operations.

Furthermore, the memorandum contemplates the possibility of moving towards local manufacturing of selected components at ENAER's facilities in Chile, along with the development of specific electronic systems by DTS, geared towards meeting the particular needs of Chilean clients. In this way, the aim is not only to acquire proven platforms, but also to generate added value within Chile, boosting technological sovereignty and the local supply chain in a strategic area for defense.

You may be excited because you just joined the forum, but you should be a bit more respectful toward your elders
