Its like Indian Elite understood that what Oil is for China, Electronics is for India. A strategic chokehold and reliance on China which is undesirable. Add on to humongous forex outflow in 10s of Billions of dollars from India. The next phase seems to cover everything largely at basic to mid level aimed at reducing imports.

Except Ore to TiO2 step, this company has end-to-end capability or instage of doing so. Last year they won Jeff Bezos Blue Origin's Titanium parts supply order.
