Where do you think it is? Every single one was used for AKP members and their families and friends. While the population was used as a guinea pig for the SinoVac, and no it doesn't matter if on a later date it was found out that the vaccine is safe and working, Erdogan and his yandas all were vaccinated with BioNTech.

if i am guverner i would cancel interest to the zero or close to it, that is only long term remedy to go out of the clutch from speculative financial markets and be truly idenpendent, if ebrd can have close to the zero interest rates for more then year, turkey should do that to.
