France left in 1966 and entered the NATO back in 2009 and shortly after waged war in Libya and dragged everybody in their Powerplays.
I don't know what France wants or think is realistic in their ambition but they are certainly stretching it with their Superpower allures.
Germany is certainly annoyed with most engagements but willing to go with that just keep Europe one.
Look at the new European FCAS program. France demands this and that just like in the 80s with the Eurofighter.
Same goes for Greece, both should have been left out, especially since they both don't see Russia as the main advisory.
