It is universally known that you had a problem with your pilots. The reason was that many were considered accomplices by the ruling party of Turkey in the military coup, resulting in their imprisonment as Gulenists. During these 5 years, the Turkish military academies may have filled the gap numerically, but in terms of experience, your best pilots are still in prison. To achieve quality power, Turkish pilots need many more years of experience.
