We have to change antenna,to make a place for aselpod.

Which one? I don't really see a engine pod side placement for Aselpod, like we have it on F-16s. Though it would be nice for the later fighter variant if that route is trodden. FA-50s for example carry their Snipers on the center pylon. Like the EF

I mean if it can handle the 200kg then yes and you know all the other things airflow etc. I don’t want to waste the central pylon for that and other things could be good(CFT, Single Seat for more space, Dorsal spine for ew)

I'm guessing he means that it opens Hürjet to sanctions and embargoes if it is seen as a combat aircraft as opposed to a trainer because they showed their hand too early. Nobody really gives a toss about trainers but a combat aircraft is a different matter. There is also the chance that agreement for the engine they are using didn't cover an armed variant, so that could also be a problem.

Common sense; US already is aware of the engine being used for LCA prototypes and used in live fires. The matter here is being that; it goes public, the senate has to take some actions that violates the contract / permission granted, the factions against TR gains a leverage in judiciary applications.

I hope the photographer won't be prosecuted for espionage.

Doubtful that TAI or SSB would even go ahead with this if it was not agreed upon in the first place. But yeah stuff like this can be used by political factions in the US to stop delivery of engines because they ''fear'' weaponization even though the current contract probably only stipulates the trainer version.
