What looks like this rectangle radar socket is similar to the design we saw at the TAI facility opening. Aselsan is probably developing different AESA radars for aircrafts.

F 35s have this capability. TFX will also have it. Hurjet is a trainer built to train pilots for F35 and MMU/TFX. So it is logical to expect it.

I think people don't understand how advanced this aircraft is going to be. Its only limit will be its payload capacity.

But now imagine the LCA version equipped with Gökhan RamJet A2A Missiles and Aselsan GaN AESA Radar.
Imagine it in any configuration with indigenous missiles and bombs.

I'm really interested in its RCS value.

He mean that "Kaska" = helmet.
It is there but what it will be look like or what will provide is "unknown"

sure I can be wrong but on AVERAGE Hürjet (13,27 deg/s) turns almost as fast as a f 16 (14 deg/s) and again on AVERAGE Hürjet (45000 feet/dkk) is %90 of F 16s climb rate (50000 feet/min)

Benchmarking with the latest common F16 how will our Hürjet LCA perform, like 70% ?

When Hürjet enters production, we will witness that Hürjet will perform much better than these values mentioned. These values are targets set for prototypes. KAI set Mach 1.3 for the T50 prototypes, but the production version reached Mach 1.5. Likewise, the 42000ft altitude was determined for the T50 prototypes turned out to be approximately 50000ft in the production model. A similar situation will also be valid for Hürjet. The values we mentioned are the targets set for prototypes at the initial stage.

It will be fantastic if the production Hürjet LCA turns out to perform like 80% as good as the latest F16 averaged across all metrics.

If hurjet will have similar values why is it called light attack jet? Is it because of the payload capacity?

I think it has to do with the MTOW values and the purpose for which they were designed. Aircrafts of similar sizes achieve similar MTOW and payload values, so this group is called LCA. HAI Tejas, KAI FA-50, PAK JF-17 are all LCAs with similar weights. Since the Gripen is designed as a JAS (Jakt)-fighter- platform with similar MTOW weights and propulsion units (same for Mirage), these aircraft are probably called fighter aircraft instead of light combat.

Not internally, but a few companies like unidef are making .50 cal gun pods, could be placed under fuselage like F35B/C if Hurjet has place there or under the wings.

The AESA radar of the Hurjet might be based on the Aselsan AURA AESA radar. AURA can detect small UAVs at 20kms.

Speed and kinematic values change depending on the loadout whether the aircraft is in clean configuration or fully loaded. The numbers given for Hurjet are probably for the MTOW(with weapons etc).

Hurjet’s original wing area was 24m2. Tusas’s new page gives wing area of Hurjet as 35m2.
This will give Hurjet a lot more lift. Hence short take off and landing capability with more payload. It would also give better flight control at lower speeds.
This, however may impede Hurjet’s speed and increase fuel consumption. But that is theoretically so.
Carrier operated F35C has 45% more wing area than F35A and the larger wing area is not as detrimental to F35C’s performnce as one would expect. In fact as well as handling herself better at lower speeds, it can reach Mach+ speeds even at full beast mode.
So it all has to do with airframe design and overall balance. Touch of Akaer of Brazil may be having an effect on this bird.
