You may be right, Pakistan doesn't seem to have MBRLs, but I am assuming a worst case scenario, where the Pinaka competes with these devices.

Desert Fox had used these with devastating effect in his first set of actions in the simulation, along with robust use of Air Defence and very effective use of coastal missile batteries against naval vessels during their re-grouping.
I didn't realise that these were 10 tube launchers.

A pretty thorough analysis. He mentions many things that @hellfire2006 did in another thread regarding "gold plated" requirement setting rather than something reasonable to work within whats at hand and within reach. A lot has been squandered this way over time.
