Gripen E is more expensive of course, but WHY?

- it's way more advanced than Block 52.
- life cycle is way longer than Block 52 (obviously).
- can carry up to 7 Meteor BVRM
- equipped with Leonardo AESA radar with swashplate arrangement, so it can actually “look” aft left or aft right
- equipped with Electronic Warfare System (EWS) which features a 360-degree spherical Missile Approach Warning System (MAWS)
- equipped with IRSTS
- max speed is Mach 2
- higher thrust-to-weight ratio even compare to F16V
- lower RCS than F16
- can haul Link-16 datalink

Btw, if we aim for C/D probably secondhand Gripen? Not sure. Anyway, the CPFH for Gripen C/D is $4700, while F-16 is $8000. Not sure about CPFH for E. We need to ask Brazil

Gripen E range is about 4000km, similar to F-16. It's using different engine than C/D.
