They pursue more offset on Investment and Trade right now, more efficient on generated jobs at short term, less on complex or shady ToT

Biden doesn't bother to proceed UAE F 35 deal despite knowing UAE is one of large importer of Russian Made arms and China then channeled them toward many frontline battle in Middle East or use them right in Yemen, that's how far US willing to sell their arms nowadays

As I recall, with Trump admin, our FMS procurement get count toward trade balance, while before that it wasn't, only procurement trough DCS get count toward trade balance.

Somehow I believe this lobbying by Subianto also aim at similar arrangement, to get FMS procurement count toward trade balance. And maybe for additional terms & condition that will be favourable for
