Can we officially withdraw from the contract already?not just mouth to mouth statement? because what do you expect from this?
We cant cancel the contract already signed officially, but I believe the talked already been made to our counterpart regarding this issue. As for why the ambassador say it is related to what happen today where we still in talk with Boeing for the Eagle. Its all about political statement rather then the contract it self, its a common things to speak to media like that. From my perspective its better the let the contract status as it is for bargaining chip in negotiation scheme. As for Rusky I believe 08 and 01 visit to Rusky already cleared the contract status behind close door as the budget it self already been relocated to other jet fighters.

@Anmdt isn't the supplier for the data link is Meteksan Sanvuma?
Meteksan provides missile datalink, not sure about who provides data link to command post but Aselsan integrates it via HERIKKS that also can use Link 16.

However the most recent one is HAKIM and it can also integrate radars - SAM systems of different origins.

HERIKKS

HAKIM (english is not available)

Dominant AIR COMMAND CONTROL SYSTEM In order to develop an Air Command Control System that will be developed in line with the national operational needs to be determined by the Turkish Air Force Command and will enable it to be seamlessly integrated with the sensors, weapon systems and command control elements that are planned to be included in the inventory in the future, with the approval of the Ministry of National Defense, the Hv.K.K. A protocol was signed with In addition, as a result of the marketing and business development activities carried out since 2014 to meet the air command control needs of the Air Forces Command of a different country, the HAKİM Air Command Control Project Contract was signed in 2020 as the first air command control system export of our country. Within the scope of the said contract and protocol, HAKİM Air Command Control System, which was developed by being inspired by the historical knowledge heritage of the Turkish Air Force, whose history dates back to 1909, on the new generation technology infrastructure, will be the first national air command control system developed with 100% Turkish engineering in our country. and by this means, Turkey will be among the few countries that develop and export their own air command and control system.

HAKİM Air Command Control System, which corresponds to the real-time part of the ACCS Project, which has been in development for more than twenty years within NATO, is designed to perform the duties of the MASE/MICE and CSI systems currently in use by the Air Force Command, Sensor Data Fusion (SFP - It is being developed as a command control system in line with NATO standards that will provide Sensor Fusion Post), Recognized Air Picture Creation (RPC - Recognized Air Picture Production Center) and Air Mission and Traffic Control (ACC - Air Command Control) capabilities. In accordance with the mission and operational plans prepared at the strategic and operational level within the Air Force, the HAKİM Air Command Control System will be capable of enabling the execution of real-time current situation command control activities at the tactical and operational level. In this direction: • It will control and manage the early warning radars owned by the Turkish Air Force and will create an accurate and reliable local area picture (LAP) by fusing the radar data it receives. • It will create a defined air picture (RAP) by enabling automatic or manual diagnosis of air traces based on ATO/ACO/flight plan/IDCBO and intelligence. • It will create a joint environment picture (JEP) by correlating the air and surface traces to be obtained from the Land and Naval Forces through the relevant links. • It will enable the execution of procedural airspace control and air traffic control activities. It will have threat assessment and weapon allocation algorithms to determine the most effective prevention element against Threat Elements at the most appropriate time. • It will control and manage the early warning radars owned by the Turkish Air Force and will create an accurate and reliable local area picture (LAP) by fusing the radar data it receives. HAKİM Air Command Control System, a product of ASELSAN, Turkey's leading sensor and weapon systems manufacturer, is being developed in full compliance with its own sensor and weapon ecosystem. It will work fully integrated with Missile Systems. In addition, HAKİM will have an infrastructure that can work in full integration with the eastern bloc radar and weapon systems with its foreign version.

Since HAKİM Air Command and Control System is a command and control system that can be fully integrated with both NATO sensor and weapon systems and eastern bloc radar and weapon systems, Turkey will be one of the few countries in the world with these capabilities and high export potential. Thanks to its high export potential, it is expected to be an important locomotive in the export of the weapon and sensor system ecosystem, which it is fully compatible with.

HAKİM Air Command and Control System integration capabilities, as well as web-based microservices architecture, national production ASELSAN products, high-level cyber-secure communication infrastructure and flexible and mobile management capability thanks to scalable cloud infrastructure, as the pioneer of the next generation combat cloud computing network concept in our country, a new era in our military capabilities. will pave the way for the technology revolution. With the HAKİM system, the Turkish Air Force Command will have a national Air Command and Control System in NATO standards and will gain the ability to operate with national products. In addition to this capability, the JUDGE will have the ability to work with and carry out operations with the Air Force of the country in question, with the already signed export contract. In the long term, with the inclusion of the HAKIM System in the inventory of other possible countries, our Air Force will be able to work with different countries with national link capabilities. HAKİM Air Command Control System will be among the products offered to our country by the national ecosystem of ASELSAN as the assurance of our country's air dominance.

"Starting this year until 2024, we will immediately realize the acquisition of various modern defense equipment in stages. Some of these defense equipment are multi-role combat aircraft F-15 EX and Dassault Rafale, Radar GCI4, Airborne Early Warning capable aircraft, tanker aircraft namely Multi Role Tanker Transport, C-130 J transport aircraft, MALE-capable UCAV and various other defense equipment," said Fadjar at Cilangkap Headquarters, East Jakarta, Thursday (18/2/2021)."

That's why i said we should be more decisive about the fate of the contract because the way ambassador said about this, is like we are waiting the right oportunity for the contract to take effect, after all that sh*t??!! after the statement from KSAU? after all that saga? Rafale and F-15 are within our grasp and yet suddenly come this statement?! it left bitter taste in my mouth
NOT buying the Su-35 can still be legally considered as "honouring the contract", it's about how you do it. Without overt efforts, even I already think of one or two way to do it.

First block (Block-I) is similar to Hisar RF, test fired this year and will be in inventory next year, has ~100km range
Second block (Block-II) is what you can see in the images of Siper battery, will be test fired next year, has 150km range and higher altitude engagement compared to Block-I
Third block will be induced later with partial BM interception capability, no information yet but likely to use same battery formation, search and control radars & datalink, command post etc.

Siper battery will be able to launch any of these missiles.
Is this confirmed or just dream twitter post?
What do you think? Which is one more logical and more likely?
