The price of 35 F 35 is the same as 42 Rafale while the F 15 EX itself is almost twice 13.9 ,does that include weapons?

Well they created this s****y situation by themself, CAATSA passed legislative bodies because of their 2014 annexation of Sevastopol and now with " special military operation " in Ukraine any transactions with them are more difficult than ever, i don't see how we going through with Su-35, it's a lost case here and this one by their own fault
