No idea on what weapons package but iirc based from a post here according to Dassault official the Rafale variant Indonesia is getting is the F4.

Highlighting ROKETSAN has a wide range of products in many fields including land, air and sea, Kurtulus said that they signed two new agreements in coordination with the Turkish Defense Industry Directorate, thanks to the trust shown by the Indonesian Ministry of Defense to Turkey and the Turkish defense industry.

"With the contract we signed, we will hand over our first product to the Indonesian Ministry of Defense in the near future," said Murat Kurtulus.

There are two separate deals. The first is Khan, the Ground-to-Ground Long Range Artillery System. This system is an important weapon system that is effective at a range of up to 280 kilometers and with high precision in the depths of the battlefield.

“We will give it to the Indonesian army for the first time. The second contract is about layered air defense. The condition of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense is different in this regard. We are developing a new model with our international business partners in this regard.”

“Here we introduce our first product of medium and long-range layered air defense systems as 2 separate systems. We will also discuss the close-range air defense system in the coming period."

There is very big chance for Indonesia to get all Qatar Mirage 2000 Arsenal, so the Air Force can take much bargain there.

More likely for comparison and interoperability, too early to tell. Key word here is "The second contract is about layered air defense. The condition of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense is different in this regard. We are developing a new model with our international business partners in this regard.” Common folks like us can only analyze and speculate but it aint going to be easy if we talk about layered air defense as it will have to include current and future air defense assets, perhaps thats why they are going to talk to their international business partners, whoever that is
