15 spare engines (F110-GE-129 or F100-PW), 9 spare AN/APG-82(v)1 radars, 9 spare AN/AL-250 warning systems, 12 spare ADCPII computers, 80 JHMCS helmet sights, 40 AN /AAQ-13LANTRIN and AN/AAQ-33 sniper observation and targeting pod, rail LAU-128 (156), 4 spare M61 Vulcan guns, MS-110 reconnaissance pod, and training and logistics package

is this good or bad?

Very good deal. Unfortunately IRST isn't included (it's pretty good to detect stealth target)

This list already described on DSCA though, probably not the current negotiated deal.

There is, they just cover it for whatever reason.
They maybe pissed off because we can pay for the Rafale and F-15 but not that project lol. Relax, that 2 are pay through loan, but I’m sure no one would lend their money for something not clear like that, you know.

What needed is motivation. That Minjundang (aligned parties including the past) proposed project is in line with their less reliant with US, but still with US motivation (national liberalism roots), and looks like now major political parties are for this project to continue, see that Yoon (conservative, that in SK politics are for more reliant with US) right there too, forgetting about past his conservatives not in favor of KFX maybe.

If someone really doing something for some values, for this case more self reliant, then it’s more likely they would be less care about else.

They remove (?) our flag, but not with the Kemenhan logo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's not that KAI didn't draw the Indonesian flag, but it's covered.
It looks like your government officials took it off at future public events and covered it up for a photo showing the flag.

Well, anyone in any political party had a negative opinion of KFX. Even former government president, Moon Jae In, was negative in 2013. It doesn't matter that the conservative party was negative to KFX. Because now they are in a position to make this a success.

But the progressive party(Minjudang) is not less dependent on the United States. We have the United States as our primary partner in any government and we have technical cooperation. There are only restrictions on that cooperation.

The four key technologies we have defined: AESA radar, RF jammer, IRST, EOTGP, and all of these integrated technologies. No country has ever had the United States transferred it. (Let's not talk about engines. Even Turkey and India cannot secure their own engines and rely on the United States. Its own engine is in the distant future. Maybe in the 2030s?) You have to develop it yourself. Step by step...

So Korea is developing it on its own. That is not to say that we are in a situation like Turkey. Relations with the United States are good. Do you think Indonesia will be in an opposite position to the United States in the future? During the new Cold War?

Do you think we would pursue high profile arms like F15EX, Wedgetail, Poseidon, increasing the interoperability between Armed Forces, joint training, sending students and other stuff just for in the opposite position?

No, I don't think so. I just said that because I think some people seek full independence in relations with the United States. I wanted to say that a country like us cannot separate the United States from technological cooperation.

Well explained. They supported it when it near of success huh?

Better stick with SK lol. I’m not optimistic we care about it

Our relations with US is better now, and I think it would continue for this whole decade, maybe I’m too optimistic, but that’s the most logical way to survive if the worst happen.
