JF-17 is a step forward for Iraq, their F-16 are sold with AIM-7 Sparrow only and AIM-9M. The JF-17 could/will be equipped with SD-12 active radar homing missile which make them a more superior plane in Iraqi service.

Though their move to get JF17 is quite a let down, as Iraq in history is actually quite eager to get the best stuff available for them. Why not getting Chinese J10C instead??

Example, clean stall is stall with clean config, dirty stall is stall with landing config.

In-flight and vibration tests are conducted to qualify the target.

They are qualified to be operated at up to 500 kts under a load factor up to 5 g, enabling extremely realistic firing training.

The scoring of shots in real time can be read on a terminal on the ground or in the cockpit.
