Yeah I remember @Madokafc and some others talking a bout the BEL radar before here.
There was some speculation (in media) about the DRDO AWACS project too getting some interest from Indonesia some time back. But seems to have dropped off since.
I think radars overall is interesting area for India and Indonesia to take forward.
India production capability is still taking time to mature (i.e to produce components steadily so cooperation with ToT etc becomes more feasible in larger projects with large countries like Indonesia).
