But seriously, this means substantially increasing the human resource pool available, not to mention that the minimum age has also been reduced from 18 years to 17 years and 9 months for military enlistment - not that we're lacking with the previous standards, I believe.

The problem is The T 64 commander failed to spot the T 72 at the time.

At any rate either tank can pen each other front armor, also neither tanks have good thermal imaging nor good commander visibility.

At that range even Leo 2 armor would have failed.

First of all, what kind of Leo 2 did you mention ?
Only if the shell manage to pierce throuhg Leo 2 turret ring, thus wil decapaciate the crew.

As I said before, you need Bloody good sight and hunter killer capability rather the gun. How big your gun, how fast it fire without proper optics and hunter killer capability its just as good as artillery piece.

I heard Cavalry and mechanized infantry guys need more shorty compared to other branches as the likes of artillery had internal request for the need of more robust, big and strong guys. And now Army put heavy emphasize to development of those two units.

Old picture when members of Pussenkav made an evaluation to Indian Army armoured units, they are insane if they expect to export Arjun, in recent seminar, Pussenkav has an aspiration for further upgrade packages for existing Leopard 2 MBTs in our inventory including APS, etc also though not immidiate, we have an aspiration on acquiring more MBTs most likely another batch for Leopard 2 MBTs. Most economic and realistic way for us.

There's an aspiration to fully upgrade whole Leopard 2 MBTs in The Army and to acquire another batch of Leopard 2 MBTs. Tempo mistook 2013 procurement; the procurement was 103 Leopard 2, 50 Marder 1A3 IFV, 10 utility Leopard and 1 Fahrschulpanzer for training purpose.
