FC2G AIP

I hope it is as good as they told.

According to the Naval Group :

- Modular: The entire FC2G system is modular and can be fitted on any submarine with a diameter of 6 meters or more, whether as part of a new construction or as a retrofit.

- Compatible: It is compatible with all existing and future battery technologies and is designed to last the for the submarine’s lifetime.

So can we ask them to install the AIP on our CBG?

What? You want to make a super Mutant by injecting more steroids into them?

Don't be greedy. Make those "sub" into a proprer sub is enough.

It would be better if we try to build the autonomous midget submarine, without any crew on board, so that it will not need any human space in it and replace it with more other payloads such as batteries or weapons.

You need super advance AI who can identify friend, allies, civilian and enemy for something like that.

You mean UUV?

No need for super advanced AI.

Install acoustic library on it, let it wander on designated area, keep submerged mostly only go to periscope depth for comm and to recalculate position, sunk any target that match the selected acoustic signature.

Isn't that kind of dangerous. What if US or allies use the same type of propeller?

You might watch Dahlan Iskan's podcast interviewing new PT PAL's CEO, some hints from his statement that sound interesting about the shipping industry including UUV. He has a doctorate degree from the Japanese University, and experience in a Japanese shipyard before being appointed as PT PAL's CEO.

No wonder why some of the next Mogami classes will be built in Indonesia.
