The Navy's hospital ship is currently docked in Jakarta and awaiting clearance from Egyptian authorities before it will be deployed on its humanitarian mission to Gaza, the naval chief has said.

The Indonesian hospital ship will return home after delivering aid. Initially, there were plans to provide medical services to the people of Gaza, but it appears that the plan has been cancelled.

Less weight carried above the decks (armored units, helicopters and so on) gave them a room to add another deck, and possibly achieve the same stability features with the wind loads etc. It is expectable, hospital ships need more volume than dead-weight.

I can guarantee it is not TF-2000 from multiple aspects. Aegis suit is fine and logical for Indonesia, but doubting their capacity to design an Aegis warship alone so, with unsatisfactory partnership with Korea and unlikely ToT of Japanese that only leaves us with Spain (Navantia) for Aegis, or Type-52.
