Per this, we know that a sale of Atmaca for ships were already made. I think this has to be in relation to the Barbaros Coastal Defence System directly.

Ship launched Atmaca and possibility of land based Atmaca. Remember when we try to get Neptune because ToT included? If we buy Atmaca for ship and even land based, i guess MoD is satisfied with the deal(ToT)?

Both CDS and Ship Launched Atmaca are the equilavent of each other. But these systems (regardless of the origin) are pointless without a decent ISR platform and C2 network.
