but barge enter dry dock, transfer sub to floating dock then the floating dock pulled out of dry dock, submerge itself to float the sub,
I wonder why didn't use the floating dock straight away.

The floating dock sit too low on the water, not high enough to transfer the sub from assembly building pier to the floating dock. There are also some clearance (sedimentation) issue near the sub assembly building sea/water access in front of it.

Scalp naval?, if we could grab that well will be the 1st export user then
Something like naval and air launched lacm and aster series, also the missiles for AH140 still unclear so if we decided to chose aster then I hope France will allow it.

Oh boiii,
AM 2000 pliss
I think it's not wise to push this Scorpene Deal.

Can This Boy defeat Australia's future Nuclear submarine? They already evaluate this design and specifications then move to US Offer.

Even our neighbors has been using this kind of Sub for a decade.

and Don't forget about India's Document Leak. IDK. 😐

That is shortfin baracuda and not scorpene, and the reasons they accept US offer is not that simple from nuclear propulsion, $, geopolitics etc.

Well they already evaluate TKMS proposal too at the start of the program.

I think the one they try to build back then wasn't Scorpene class.

Nothing in our option can beat AUKUS Sub.

Any leak about AShM for Fremm and AH140?
Kind of funny if golok got something so advance like NSM but bigger platform just end up with exocet.

The clear and present danger are from the north and they also have Nuclear powered submarine.

Why specifically pitting our new submarine with Oz? And of course scorpene can destroy any submarine (diesel / nuclear powered).

After the submarine is carried onto the barge using SPMT then the barge is moved to the nearby dry dock(if I am not wrong), but how the submarine is put to the water? Submerging the barge?
What do you think @Anmdt

Now I see why the new shiplift is needed. It is safer, faster and easier.
Looks like they couldn't tow a floating dock there and used Barge to transfer submarine to the Floating Dock.
In the end you have to transfer the submarine via wheeled or rail systems to the Floating Dock, since it is not good to launch submarine in a way that ships are launched from slipway.

And they are actually getting a dedicated ship-lift maybe a railed one, instead of outsourcing it to a subcontractor.

What they call shiplift could be a "floating drydock" for submarines.
It seems that method of launching submarine from a slip way is not used any more.
