Well ... I'm not as optimistic as you were tho' . The gears are turning too fast for this one . I don't know what's wrong with all of these mainland anxiety but boy .... They trying too hard to prevail .
"Great things are achieved by embracing great dangers"

It's about the remaining time to left behind legacy. Particularly the remaining time for their top leadership. And also keep in mind with the amount of people living on this planet, foods source will only become more and more precious.
The world do indeed move fast. And it's mostly due to the widespread use of internet. In these days, a large volume of knowledge from the other side of the world could be access (or stolen) at roughly the same time it was published in its place of origin. The same can't be said even 20 - 30 years ago. And if you believe present days world is moving too fast, just wait after 2040 WHEN Strong / General Purpose AI will start to appear. By that time there is no way to predict let alone having a decent predictive model of how the world will become

Why they don't go for 105 mm ?? Chasis floatation limitation ??

But , it's a progress none the less and hopely all the interested institutes and parties could draw some inspiration on how to bettering or increasing and upgrading current and next project in the pipe line

Russian dont go with 105, instead they go with 122 and make them Gvozdika SPG.
And bloody hell you gitta put 105 on that tiny punny turret ?

Hmm, Put an APS on a thin (very) Armored Tracked Vehicle ?
Yeah, but is it could whitstand water and corrotion ?

Also thats far more ironical, when they try to put more protection to machine but left infantry without ballistic vest.

ZOKA Launcher on Preveze and Gur Class Submarines

View attachment 9308

24 decoys were delivered to the Indonesia, earlier i have claimed it can be 12 per hull so the purchase was 2 submarines, but as seen in the application on a Turkish submarine, it was only purchased for a single submarine (24 for each)

good thing , rather than going with turkish pulat, we seek their original manufacturer , based some info in the internet , Pulat actually licensed variants of Zaslon .
Pulat is not licensed but developed by Aselsan from ToT from Ukraine, updated with Turkish systems (sensors- software).
Don't expect Ukraine to deliver ToT and know-how just for money, they would seek some other "tech" in return. Ukraine-Turkey has been in exchange on Technology and know-how for awhile yet still they are stingy about sharing technology.
On the other hand Turkey can deliver some know-how and tech if an amount is guaranteed, unlike Ukraine.
Then i wonder if you prefer original manufacturer why Indonesia has been in talks for Type 214 through Turkey,if modified version is not good enough as you suggest for APS?

Does such Ukraine practice is their way of doing "business as usual" with anyone (regardless of the value) or case by case basis?

never saying pulat is bad , but if we can get it from the original maker , why not ?? as for the sub i remember prabowo does visit STM shipyard but back in a few month ago , a consultant who come here and give mr president letter is straightly from TKMS .

I didn't get the question.
If you are referring to value of the deal, i don't think that would be a base for them to deliver know-how. They would rather expect a return equal in term of the technology, something which will benefit to their capabilities.
I would say Turkey is more generous in ToT to particular countries than Ukraine.

It wasn't too far but a little time ago Indonesia had talks with Turkey for know-how from Gölcük Naval Shipyard.
As i told, it is not a licensed product (APS) but a derived product developed by the ToT, if interested in "original manufacturer" then it will make sense to buy anti-ship missiles from Russia instead of Ukraine.
Some parts used in Pulat has been developed by Aselsan during AKKOR project which aims an active protection similar to the Trophy APS.

TKMS collaboration with Gölcük Naval Shipyard is at great extends too. So i wouldn't be surprised if it ends up as Gölcük-HDW.
STM doesn't have any shipyards.
