Excalibur Army company signed an agreement with the Indonesian company PT Republik Defensindo about the production of the Czech RM-70 Vampire rocket launchers in Indonesia. Production of the rocket launchers will begin this year. The project represents a continuation of the cooperation between the companies and follows up on the supply of RM-70 Vampire rocket launchers for the Indonesian Armed Forces in recent years.

At IDEX 2021, Excalibur Army and PT Republik Defensindo (PT. RDI) represented by Norman Joesoef, founder, have signed an agreement on the joint production of the 122 mm RM-70 Vampire rocket launcher systems on Tatra chassis in Indonesia and the transfer of the necessary technologies. Production of the rocket launchers on 4x4, 6x6 and 8x8 chassis in the city of Batam and delivery for the Indonesian Armed Forces will begin as early as 2021. The agreement generates potential for export orders and cooperation in the tens of millions of dollars.

Well, RM-70 is for 122 mm rocket. Maybe that prototype can be used for larger calibre rocket.

Did end up as a prototype.

Put this launcher on tayra 8x8 chassis with extra magazine, that will have a nice facelift. But i dont think our marine will use any luxury stuff as pin point artilerry ammo nor kamikaze uav.

That "Kendaraan Amfibi Pengangkut Artilery" never go to prototype stage. Instead a APC called BTR 58 still ende up at sea testing.

We got a lot of promising prototype, but ended up nowhere because no one would fund and use it.
