Names of Jewish origin in the US establishment. This is one reason why Israel receives such strong support from the USA. Israel is placing its own cadres within the US establishment.

What happens in Gaza and West Bank are morally reprehensible and every Turk can and should condemn it as a matter of personal morality. The issue of state policy though cannot be determined based on rules of individual morality, that mindset leads to ruination of nations. "Individual morality" and "state outlook" are two completely separate realms. Every state must be concerned with its own survival first and foremost and laws of morality have no bearing on this question. Republic of Turkey is not the vigilante superman of the world. If we get, or have nukes it would be as deterrent for the empire's plan to violate our rights in east-med and Aegean and also against their plans for our water-bearing southeastern regions.

Its definitely interesting to watch how the absolute brutality in Syria and Ukraine being committed by the Russian/Iranian Shia axis gets a fraction of the media coverage. Maybe not so much Ukraine but the brutality taking place in syria eclipses much of what's happening in Palestine.

7000 rockets from Gaza

"More than 6,900 rockets were launched from Gaza into Israel (more than 450 failed launches inside Gaza).

More than 1,400 killed, more than 4,600 wounded, more than 200 taken hostage (all figures - on the territory of Israel - ed.).

More than 1,000 Hamas terrorists were neutralized, many of them - after infiltrating Israel. Dozens of key leaders of Hamas terrorists have been eliminated," the summary states.

Hamas militants make rockets from water pipes built with EU money. For 10 years, the Europeans allocated 100 million euros for the construction of infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, but terrorists need rockets, not water.

Meanwhile, Gaza has claimed more than 4,100dead lives as a result of IDF strikes.

Only time anyone needs to know we have nukes is when a nation like the USA threatens a direct invasion of us. The problem with openly having Nukes is you will bring sanctions and embargoes your way as well as international condemnation, which may take 20 years to ride out. Considering the terrible economy of AK party, its not something they can risk right now.

So the rational position for Turkiye today would be to have nukes, but not to advertise it. Tomorrow if shit goes out of control with the American pkk project and the americans start to target are soldiers directly which is coming, then it makes sense for the world to know we have nukes. Because when that day comes that the americans flip to completely supporting the kurdistan project against us, only nuclear weapons will be a big enough deterrent to stop the americans from going all out against us.

But honestly i dont know how a country as big as Turkiye could keep it a secret from American intelligence.
If the world is convinced that Israel has nuclear weapons, there are ways to convince the world that Türkiye also has nuclear weapons without showing it.
