Off course not, Clausewitz himself said that in war, there's nothing final. There's only a level of certainty, and certainty of fate is visible when the existence of a nation is so dependent on outside help. Can't imagine the pain for these people once that support either dried up or their backers vanish, YES! everyone will die. But some enemies will die earlier than we do, and it's sweet to think about it.

Such is the reality of existence. Empires will rise and fall. All we can do is leverage our power when it's each of our turn to wield it.

Israel may not exist as a state forever, which is why they should absolutely consolidate as much power in that region as possible, until the day comes for that final war. All they can do is prepare themselves to the best of their ability and take as many of their enemies with them in the process.

According to AlJazeera, Israel is compiling 35 Brigades worth of armor and mechanized soldiers at the border. They're going to call up 100,000 reservists. Expect a brutal ground attack in the coming days, after air strikes soften Hamas up considerably.

Then again, here is the RPG below (horizontal signature) that already gotten within a meter of the tank. Which clearly shows that, window of interception has been missed.

Because at such proximity you simply can not shoot interceptor fast enough to catch up anymore. This is basic.

For sure there will be a lot of blood but you are talking like Israel won't take any casualties at all and it will be a walk in the park for them. This whole situation has the potential to turn into something very very messy especially if Hezbollah gets involved too.
