Why should Iran provoke NATO Art. 5?

If so, why would Iran end up firing a ballistic missile for second time, from the exact same airbase they have fired the earlier one, and both of these missiles 'accidentally' aiming at the same spot?

They are just flexing TR's patience at this point and bragging about how TR doesn't fire back.

They can't dare to fire a salvo and openly declare war with TR, they can't dare to trigger NATO article 5. All they do is being a loser, firing a missile and bragging about it.
