There are now MANY cargo planes from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE flying to Rzeszów airport near Ukraine border just to get some antidrone protection from Ukraine.
Why they didnt think about that BEFORE the war?

You did not read what I said. Israel and US can take out all Iranian oil and electric facilities in 1 day effectively reducing it to stone age. Without any boots on the ground.
I read what you said, and I agree that US and Israeli strikes can reduce Iran to dust, but Trump's goal is regime change; regime change won't be possible without boots on the ground.

Listen to what he says after 14:45... He says that Iran was close to having its own revolution, but the bombing campaign has made that very unlikely and that the US has pretty much guaranteed that Iran will remain a theocracy for some time. Makes you think.

That doesn't win them the war, and fucks the world economy after the retaliation.

Probably because Ukraine needs those men more and they weren't on offer then. But Ukraine needs all the goodwill it can get so they are on offer when they are desperately needed.

Macgregor? Seriously? This guy who predicted Russia victory over Ukraine in 10 days? Who claimed that 1/3 of Tel Aviv is destroyed and other nonsense?

There's a lot of bullsh*t analysis out there that are exaggerated and often the people sharing them are on a payroll. But I do agree with him that the by bombing Iran the chances of a revolution are slim to none. Had Iran been left alone for another year the regime could've fallen by itself. This campaign just emboldens and legitimizes them, even if the country turns to rubble.

That said, would a secular Iran really be good for Israel or Turkiye in the long run? You can control them for 5-10 years, but what would happen when they seek their own ambitions? If they quickly developed as a secular nation that would be a rival much worse than the current regime that has gotten itself into this situation. The current self-destructive Islamist regime is perhaps best kept weakened and in place for the long run.

I wonder what has happened to the Iranian footballers who went back to Iran from Australia (if their plane has arrived yet).

They're mostly adults and they have an army actually.
