No,it doesnt,where is Algeria?
How can Syria be at 7 when without Russian/Iranian/Hezbollah help it would have lost to every opposition?
Even the UAE can defeat Syria,without ground troops.

Well Jordan has the best disciplined(the English school) military of all Arab countries but lacks the modern equipment.
80 modern Leclerc tanks,44 F-16As(older model),no Navy.
How would you rank Jordan?

And that combat spirit comes from love for your country and disciplined training.
In small combat Jordan beats every Arab country.

This ranking was given to me by an Algerian, actually. Algerians tend to no consider themselves part of the Mideast, but rather as part of the African continent. As for the UAE, they use mercenary Australian and French pilots to raid countries like Libya, so their Airforce is not really legit, in my opinion.

Yes...but precisely from the Mena region - Middle East and North Africa ,however, the Algerian army is often compared to African armies, not Arab armies.

GlobalFirepower (GFP) ranking of Jordan (74) seems fairly reasonable. GDP ranking is based on each nation's "Potential War-Making Capability". It is not an exact science. Jordan and other Arab monarchies have always been military protégés of the United Kingdom, the US and more recently Israel. How can one rate their war-making capability when they have never waged a war outside the sponsorship of their Western chaperones.

Not to forget the Saudi Arabian-led intervention (KSA ,UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Senegal) against a handful of Houthis in Yemen which had shown the quite astounding military failure of these armies.

It's good if you want the raw numbers. However it doesn't account for quality of equipment, skill of soldiers or power projection capability (e.g. Israel has indisputably the best military in the Middle East however it can't march over to Iran and invade). The US has the mightiest military in the world in all regards except manpower, this doesn't mean that it can steamroll any country it decides to declare war on. The US has only been picking on low hanging fruit in regards to foreign policy in recent years (Iraq, Libya, Syria etc), if they were to declare war on a more powerful state such as Iran, the results wouldn't be pretty for them.

No need to philosophize too much about it. Jordan ranks 74 in Global Fire Power ranking. Interesting enough, the military ranking of countries seems to somewhat correlate with their Soccer FIFA ranking (yes !) where Jordan fares even worse at the 95 rank. Ouch !

Please help me with this, why is the Jordanian sultan Abdullah wearing a military uniform ? Is he telling us that he is ready to fight ?

Don't be fooled by the UAE whose Airforce is composed of foreign mercenary pilots from Australia, France, the UK and the US.
