The Ukrainian army has started using Croatian towed 40-barrel MLRS M93A3 Heron. The M93A3 light rocket launcher has been produced since 2000 and is designed to fire unguided 70 mm rockets at a range of up to 9,000 meters. The effective firing range is up to 8,000 meters. The MLRS can hit targets in an area of 200x300 meters with 8.7 kg shells in one salvo. These MLRS are used only by Croatia and Ukraine.
