They check flightradar, see some MPA is strolling around and they conclude it can not find a Greek submarine, thus it keeps patrolling. And within 24 hours they are humiliated in 8 seconds. Furthermore, they base their sources on "Hellenic navy officers and officials" to strengthen their lies.

Very busy Mediterranean Sea

Very busy Mediterranean Sea

This morning the eastern Mediterranean is busy again.

Also today we are tracking a Turkish Air Force C-130B (61-0963) that has left the Al-Wuttiyah AB, western Libya, to return to Turkey, at the Kayseri AB.

At the same time an Hellenic Air Force Embraer EMB-145 AEW&C (757), departed from Elefsis AB, conducted a surveillance mission near the island of Karpathos, probably controlling the area where the Turkish research ship Oruc Reis is operating.
Finally a Turkish Navy ATR 72-600 MUA (TCB-702) landed in Dalaman.

NEW DRAFT ON TURKEY DROPS ARMS EMBARGO MENTION

New draft conclusions on Turkey, seen by POLITICO, no longer include language on a potential arms embargo.

A previous draft said that “the European Council reiterates the commitment of all EU Member States to strong national positions regarding their arms export policy to Turkey.” This part has been dropped from the new draft.

The text still says that the European Council “deplores renewed unilateral and provocative actions by Turkey in the Eastern Mediterranean” and that it “urges Turkey to reverse these actions and work for the easing of tensions in a consistent and sustained manner,” while stressing that “it will remain seized of the matter.”

According to two diplomats, the language was also softened compared to an initial draft in which Turkey was given a one-week ultimatum to withdraw the Oruç Reis research vessel from Greek waters.

The routes are important. They carry a message. Perhaps that those countries are aligning on regional issues. If it helps mending ties and cooperating then fly as you will :)

Starting From 1:50:00 Sinan Ülgen (EDAM) is commenting on latest NAVTEX by Turkey. According to him, it is illogical to increase tensions again.

'The Russian Foreign Ministry sent a new message to Turkey in relation to the aspirations of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The Russian Foreign Ministry posted on Tuesday on its official Twitter account a video on the 193rd anniversary of the “Battle of Navarino” which resulted in the sinking of the Ottoman Fleet and the Independence of Greece.

This post comes after the announcement of the Russian embassy in Greece about the right of Greece to extend its territorial waters to 12 nautical miles, the visit of Lavrov to Athens on the 26th of October, the arrival of the large anti-submarine ship “Vice-Admiral Kulakov” and Vladimir Putin’s visit to Greece in 2021.'

This happened right after Ukraine explained that Turkey is joining the Crimea Platform.

Although I don't want to interpret to much in one tweet, but for me this indicates that Russia never saw Turkey as partner. For the Russians the short time period of good relations had an expiry date from the beginning. They always saw Turkey as rival!
It looks like Erdoğan in the beginning didn't realize this until the bad awakening in Syria.
