*within Turkish continental shelf, it is not an offense but defense of economical rights.
Do you have slightest idea about where it has happened?
Moreover, the place which incident has happened is not even a disputed area but absolutely within continental shelf
It happened on international waters.

It happened on international waters.
Within Turkish EEZ, the image you have shared shows the ship is within Turkish EEZ.
Fine if your personal opinion is to ignore it, but don't deflect the truths.
Simply measure the distance- problem solved.
27 NM (as told in the source), sounds like international waters or continental shelf/EEZ ?
Moreover it doesn't conflict with neither of the claimed EEZs in the region.

An Italian fishing boat was attacked by at least ten Turkish boats in the north on Tuesday morning, according to Italian newspaper La Republica.

The boat, Michele Giacalone, was located around 27 miles off the Turkish coast when suddenly ten small boats started throwing stones and flares at it, before they attempted to ram into the Italian vessel, the report said.

The boat’s captain Luciano Giacalone reported the incident to the Turkish port authorities and shortly after a frigate of the Italian Navy, the Margottini, was deployed to the area to defuse the situation along with a Turkish patrol boat.

Giacalone spoke to reporters after the incident and called on the EU to clarify the situation once and for all.

“We need to know where it is safe for us to fish, this situation is getting out of control.

“This is the second attack we had to endure in the space of a week, the first one from Libyan boats and now from Turkish ones. We want to work knowing that we are safe,” he said.

----------------------------------------

Looks like a clash between fisherman. Foreigners can't fish in the Turkish EEZ. Looks like Turkish fisherman are fed up.

How could they even go fishing in such a close area which is definitely not within even so-called EEZ of Cyprus but definitely within Turkish, why patrol boats are not interfering with the Italian fishing vessel at first?
It is not a disputed are either.

Started throwing stones ? What ?
Did they brought the stones from the shore or did they dived to the seabed to collect them ?

And after Greek-Turkish EEZ, started to manipulate EEZ on Eastern shore of Turkey? Nice.
Make white line thicker and even territorial waters of Turkey will be gone, and purposefully thickened and aligned towards Turkish side so Turkish EEZ would look smaller.
Apart from other disputes regarding to Greek-Turkish EEZs and N. Cyprus, this particular incident with Italian fishing vessel involves simple Math and Geography, you may spare sometime to figure out it actually falls within Turkish EEZ. Clearly the place which incident has happened is closer to the Turkey than it is to N. Cyprus

Measure equi-distance between Cyprus and Turkey, you will see 27NM falls within Turkish EEZ at particular locations ,while only in closest point it results in 23 NM at the tip of the island, location of the incident looking at some other fishing vessels will be as told.
Moreover, i see you have ignored Northern Cyprus but Turkey does not. Anyway that is another discussion.

23~ NM to Turkish Coast , 26 NM to the N. Cyprus Also another Italian fishing vessel.
Which shows where the incident has happened was definitely within Turkish EEZ

And yes you were mistaken, this it the Turkish EEZ which you don't like to see:

According to you, yes. According to the rest of the planet no. You and I will never find the solution to this problem. Anyway, in the Netherlands there is a city called The Hague, which houses the international Court of justice. That's the place for your complaints. Good luck.

No need, for going to court. We can very well protect our EEZ with our Navy. I see none wants to challenge the Turkish Navy.

Rest of the planet = Greece? I knew your EEZ claims were extraordinary but i have never thought you have assumed rest of the world to be Greece.
Sorry, you can not back up your exotic thoughts by making such an argument.

In my opinion be more creative with your arguments or provide some accurate information about the particular incident we have been talking about, or i will start to think, you intend to de-rail the subject to exprwss your exotic ideas about Greece EEZ.

This map is made by Greeks, not rest of the world, currently there is a dispute on borders and both sides have their own claims but thats doesnt mean rest of the world is supporting Greek claims.
And since when does The Hague solve territorial disputes? I thought they only go after war criminals as the name tells already.
