Some of you have serious, serious issues. What must one smoke to unironically write such sentence, that "Turkey won victory in Karabakh". Unlike Libya and Syria, there was and is no significant Turkish military presence. Turkey even had air defence batteries in Libya fyi. Azerbaijan obviously don’t need such a thing, because it’s not a militia but a state army. It operates HQ-9BE, Barak-MX, Buk-MB2K etc. You had ancient Hawks in Libya.

What did Turkey win in Karabakh? What does that even mean? Is Turkey controlling Karabakh? By power of telepathy?

To equate Azerbaijan with militias of Libya and Syria, yes you must be smoking something.

Is Syria able to procure and operate 150 modern self-propelled howitzers? 300 automatic self-propelled mortars? How about dozens of PULS guided rocket launchers? Btw, some people ask "why Azerbaijan do not buy these from Turkey", well, your howitzers are just howitzers installed on back of a truck, these are turreted, automatic howitzers. Maybe Syria can buy your truck howitzers tho, if you donate some.

Azerbaijan is operating AESA equipped fighter jets and these guys are still yapping about a MALE UAV that has been exported to 40 countries.
I understand your point and I agree that we Turks must humble our rhetoric as it comes very arrogant and self-centered. Not just in the case of Azerbaijan but also in many other cases.

The victory in Karabagh is at the end won by Azerbaijan and its brave soldiers who fought and sacrificed their lives. We don't underestimate this.

However, Türkiye was the main figure behind the scenes militarily and diplomatically. It was literally Türkiye trained Azerbaijani military from its foundation. Dozens of years of training, joint exercises and armament is not something to overlook.

Turkish command was directly involved in operation planning and execution. I can also assure you that Turkish Special Forces were on the field alongside with the Syrian elements. (We officially don't accept that so I'm not gonna comment on this further). Not to mention that Türkiye gave TB2s directly from its inventory thus triggering sanctions from Canada as their Wescam optics weren't supposed to be exported. Known and unknown, many other military support was given. We could also talk about Azerbaijan exporting its oil&gas and establishing close relations with the West through Türkiye and balancing Russia&Iran in the region.

I don't think this war could even start without Türkiye's solid stance considering the Iranian and Russian positions on the issue.

I'm not saying these to look down on Azerbaijan. We were patient, we (meaning Azerbaijan and Türkiye) took the right steps together and finished the job with good timing. Let's not exaggarate and brag about Türkiye's role but let's not deny it as well.

Since that fuckface named Barrrack also wrote about it, it fuels my fear that the people who was attacked in that airbase was Turkish soldiers, but that it's being kept hidden from the public AGAIN. I hope I'm just imagining things.

That is a cap and you know it. They think Turkish army directly fought in the war, which btw is same as what Armenians claim. So congrats to those people I guess, as they are on same page as Armenians (Armenians of course also add Pakistan, Israel and Jedis to the list).

Btw, Azerbaijani state is extremely unhappy with that rhetoric in Turkey, which was propagated directly by pro-government media, and it even prompted Azerbaijan’s state newspaper to write an article on it, in 2023 or 2024 I believe.

it wasn’t long ago that Turkish minister of internal affairs (I could be wrong) blurted something like "we will go to Jerusalem just as we went to Libya and Karabakh". It’s particularly funny when Turkish officials threaten Israel with "just like we went to Karabakh", given that Israel remains a major weapon supplier to Azerbaijan.

Don't you know that the Erdogan administration is playing the mass. It's nothing but pure cinema, comedy and theatre.

It seems that the US knew about the Israeli strikes beforehand
And, as mentioned, Israel didnt want Syria to gain certain offensive capabilities after refurbishing this base

Israeli senior official, to FOX News (regarding the Abu Duhur attack): "Extremely sensitive intelligence, at the highest levels of various institutions and organizations, was shared with the United States in advance."
"El-Shara understands that he cannot operate in a manner that involves proxy forces, like the previous Syrian regime. Perhaps he doesn't understand what's happening or doesn't know."

A source knowledgeable about Israel's attack on the Abu Duhur airbase told the Jerusalem Post: "Israel has recently provided the US with intelligence regarding the Syrian army's efforts to increase its military capacity."
