Imagine one day we also learn about "Gezgin" like this, out of the blue :) Greeks probably wouldn't be able to handle it seeing as how they were really surprised about Typhoon.
Tufan is probably in its prototype stages by now.

I think total collapse of Iran is a must both for Israel (if they sincerely see them as threat) and Türkiye. The total military apparatus of Iran should be destroyed. Unfortunately US is after foolish games and does not see the need for israeli Türkiye cooperation in this.
Good luck with 20-30 mio Iranian refugees.

If you take the red lined ballistic missile trajectory with an apogee of 300 km , total distance travelled will be 1161 km . That would give you about 7.5mach average speed. So, although he is misguided in his assumption, it is feasible within his thought process.

production date 2018, serial number 88.
It belongs to the first and only batch produced in 2018. And Serial Number B088 belongs to this batch. I mean at least 88 Bora Missile were produced in 2018. It was produced in November and has the serial number of 88. I think nearly 100 Bora missiles were produced in 2018.

Just check out the weight and the size. That doesn’t correspond with any Bora missile we know. Bora is a 2500 kg missile. Not 3600kg.
Unless it is the canister size and weight. Still it doesn’t make sense. A canister that is 120 x 140 cm doesn’t fit!
Any ideas?

This is most likely Bora II canister, now officially named Typhoon.

I think everyone would agree that it is time to establish a concortium consisting of Tubitak, Roketsan, Aselsan, Meteksan, MKEK for a greater goal, to work on NG munitions.

It is bora, since the fins are not foldable the canister makes sense. Also add weight of canister on top of the missile that would land us about this weight.

Not giving any chance for TAF to store missiles under a common name if it is named 'Tayfun' years ago. It wasn't named such yesterday, and told you the launch was not a test launch of the missile itself.

Your explanation would make sense if it weren’t for the vehicle launch canisters that look square shaped. That canister ; If each were 120cm wide it would mean 240cm overall plus at least another 20 cm gap between them. Then there is all that clearance at the sides. A standard lorry (40 foot container) has a width of 240 cm. It would make this vehicle a lot wider. If it were 140cm horizontally the canisters would need a truck that can accommodate 340cm width. (Volat truck width is 3.10m.)

However this picture looks like a rectangular canister if it isn’t the angle of picture deceiving my eyes.

Another thing I noticed and remembered while scanning the archives is that when the project was referred to as BORA-II, the most important improvements mentioned were the terminal phase performance and the improved warhead design.

In short, it may have important new capabilities not only in terms of increased range and trajectory performance, but also in terms of strike effectiveness. If this ballistic system is planned to be used against moving targets (military convoys, train lines, very large floating platforms, etc.) in addition to fixed installations, this could have an impact on the foreign policy of many countries in the region.

If a SINKEX is organized in the Black Sea, with a large ship being hit first by the sea-skimming Atmaca-K and then sunk by the Tayfun, it will turn the entire Greek agenda upside down for months.
