Maybe it has been done before, I could not find it. I have gathered some specs from open sources and compared the Spear 3 to Tubitak Kuzgun
Spear 3 vs Kuzgun (they have great similarities)
Mass: 100kg; 100kg
length: 1.8m; 1.8m
diam. : 180mm; ?
range: 120-140km; 110km
Propulsion: Turbojet; glide (turbojet version in development)
Guidance: Inertial, GPS, Millimetric Wave and SAL; INS,GPS, SAL and IIR
The Spear 3 has more range due to a micro turbo jet, seen the picture above of the Kuzgun with side air inlet Tubitak must be developing a version with Turbo jet too. So both missiles are analogue almost the same.
Also here the free fall / glide version is probably more intended for drones like Aksungur and Akinci.
Will become a great valuable missile in our inventory and may even surpass the fame of MAM-L
Please also note that Kuzgun is not just a jet or rocket propelled missile.
It is a modular construction missile. It can be used in many forms ;
1. Air to ground : solid fuelled rocket, jet engined rocket, gliding bomb (as jdam), winged gliding bomb (as HGK)
2. From Sea or surface , to surface : either from a submarine or from a ship with a solid fuelled rocket or jet engine to another ship or to a ground target.
3. from ground to , ground or sea targets with a rocket or jet engine.
Therefore it is a missile which will have various seeker heads for precision strikes.
Most importantly , though, it is a cheap missile to use.
