Back end is not fixed. The fins at the back are tilted and rotate to stabilise flight. Canard controlled rockets may need rotating tail fins for flight stabilisation.
Canard-controlled missiles are commonly used by designers. These missiles have, induced roll problem generated by the canard tip vortices. The idea of free- to-rotate tail fins has been used by designers of missiles. NASA too tested a number of roll-control devices as part of their aerodynamic research program. Tests were conducted with missile airframes having free-to-rotate tail fins, not only to stabilize the missile longitudinally but also eliminate unwanted induced rolling moments that were generated.

The canard control missiles of this ilk have “free-to-rotate” tail fins. They do not have actuators. If you watch carefully in slow mo, the tail fin rotates freely. Due to the tilted aerodynamic construction of the tail fins the induced tail fin rolling moment opposes the direct canard control and actually causes the overall rolling moment to oppose the intent of the canard deflection. Hence stabilising longitudinal flight.

I wonder how deep one needs to dig in order to avoid US bunker busting. I imagine it would be deeper than a hundred meters by now.
About 50 meters is sufficient actually. 100 meters is how deep you'd need to go to survive a nuclear strike.

Just as a side note, to those comparing Roketsan IHA-230 (230mm diameter) to Elbits Rampage (306mm diameter;

IHA230 is going to be around 215kg whilst Rampage rocket is 580kg.

So quite the size and weight disconnect between the two, even though they both are similar types of missiles.

But these canards looks like fixed to me.
Any explanation?
Believe me they are attached and controlled. Zoom a little you will notice that they are. Roketsan's engineering capability is so good that you can't tell the canard are attached.

Mr Gungor: When SDB is being released from F16 40k feet it can reach range of 150km. It can pentrate reinforced 1 m concrete.

Why would you? Its a "dual-use" component, to use the correct parlance. One of those stuff that localizing it wouldn't worth diddly squat.

This right here is a slander tactic deployed by the powers that be to claw back some of their market share lost in African and S.E Asian markets. our ingenious defence products are better than theirs, and they're not having it. Another dirty trick in their book to smear our good name. Just like with their "genocides".

Remember the UN report on KARGU-2?

Akıncı can carry Mk-84. it can easily carry TRG-300. The real problem might be the length of the missile, not the weight.

honestly that UN report made it sound like Turkey invented Skynet, i think it had the opposite effect to what they intended. .

Countdown Has Started for National Missiles ÇAKIR and SİPER

18 December 2022 Murat İKİNCİ

Çakır, one of the missiles that will provide important operational capabilities to the Turkish Armed Forces, is counting the days until the first shot, while Siper Block-1 is ready for duty.

ROKETSAN General Manager Murat İkinci made a statement to the AA correspondent about the cruise missile Çakır, which can be launched from land, sea and air platforms, and the long-range high-altitude air defense system Siper.

Expressing that Çakır started as one of ROKETSAN's own R&D projects, second said that they had a very good cooperation with Baykar on this issue.

“Our teams continue to work with all their might to reach our target at the end of the year. We do not see much risk in making the first shot of the missile. We plan to shoot successfully at the end of the year with a few days of play.” said.

Expressing that Çakır will be one of the game-changing missiles on the battlefield with the development of its capabilities and technologies, especially multi-engagement and sensor fusion, which will be the first target as of next year, second said:

Çakır Missile

“Çakır is a smaller missile than Atmaca. Especially the use of UAVs, multi-platform land vehicles, sea vehicles, mobile batteries, and the ability to attack all of them at the same time on a single ammunition gives us great flexibility in ammunition diversity. We consider that there will be a certain level of matching and conjugation in the ammunition used by the Naval and Air Forces, and this will bring great advantages in terms of logistics. There is no delay in Çakır's schedule, he is going according to his schedule."

Emphasizing that the export potential of the Çakır missile is very high, Murat İkinci said, "There are many countries that are interested, and our work in cooperation with them is progressing rapidly." he said.

“There are no obstacles ahead of us”
Indicating that they have successfully fired the Siper Blok-1 missile and that the project continues by putting it on, second said, "Our goal is for the Siper to land on the field at the beginning of next year and to reach a stage where it can serve the Turkish Armed Forces with all its functions structurally." shared his knowledge.

Siper-Block-I-Missile

Expressing that ROKETSAN is responsible for the Siper Blok-1 Project and that they are doing their part, second said:

“Siper is a very important program for our country. Because it will be the system that will form the backbone of our high-altitude, long-range air defense system. Here, in the first place, a range of over 100 kilometers is aimed from Blok-1 missile. The Block-2 missile, a monoblock designed by TÜBİTAK SAGE, is currently targeting a range of up to 150 kilometers. When we bring these and these capabilities together, we will have implemented a system that can respond very well to the high-altitude long-range air defense needs of the Turkish Armed Forces.

Here, ASELSAN, TÜBİTAK SAGE and ROKETSAN are acting with a very good cooperation model. Everyone is doing their best to implement this system as quickly as possible, under the coordination of our Defense Industry Presidency. At the moment, we can say that there is no obstacle in front of us technically, technologically. Everyone continues to do their best so that 'this system can land on the field' as soon as possible."
