honestly that UN report made it sound like Turkey invented Skynet, i think it had the opposite effect to what they intended. .
I had that report on the handy. Here's the only part where Kargu gets mentioned:
...Logistics convoys and retreating HAF were subsequently hunted down and remotely engaged by the unmanned combat aerial vehicles or the lethal autonomous
weapons systems such as the STM Kargu-2 (see annex 30) and other loitering munitions.

The lethal autonomous weapons systems were programmed to attack targets without requiring data connectivity between the operator and the munition: in effect, a true “fire, forget and find” capability.
Look how exceptionally vague that sentence in yellow is! Did it ever occurred to these buffoons in the UN that exploded loitering munitions can't transmit data?

Its a hitpiece, disguised as a UN report.

Still, picture something like this: A Turkish officer waving his hand saying "finish them off" while walking out of the command room while hundreds of Kargu's taking off... That's some Darth Vader shit lol

Countdown Has Started for National Missiles ÇAKIR and SİPER

18 December 2022 Murat İKİNCİ

Çakır, one of the missiles that will provide important operational capabilities to the Turkish Armed Forces, is counting the days until the first shot, while Siper Block-1 is ready for duty.

ROKETSAN General Manager Murat İkinci made a statement to the AA correspondent about the cruise missile Çakır, which can be launched from land, sea and air platforms, and the long-range high-altitude air defense system Siper.

Expressing that Çakır started as one of ROKETSAN's own R&D projects, second said that they had a very good cooperation with Baykar on this issue.

“Our teams continue to work with all their might to reach our target at the end of the year. We do not see much risk in making the first shot of the missile. We plan to shoot successfully at the end of the year with a few days of play.” said.

Expressing that Çakır will be one of the game-changing missiles on the battlefield with the development of its capabilities and technologies, especially multi-engagement and sensor fusion, which will be the first target as of next year, second said:

Çakır Missile

“Çakır is a smaller missile than Atmaca. Especially the use of UAVs, multi-platform land vehicles, sea vehicles, mobile batteries, and the ability to attack all of them at the same time on a single ammunition gives us great flexibility in ammunition diversity. We consider that there will be a certain level of matching and conjugation in the ammunition used by the Naval and Air Forces, and this will bring great advantages in terms of logistics. There is no delay in Çakır's schedule, he is going according to his schedule."

Emphasizing that the export potential of the Çakır missile is very high, Murat İkinci said, "There are many countries that are interested, and our work in cooperation with them is progressing rapidly." he said.

“There are no obstacles ahead of us”
Indicating that they have successfully fired the Siper Blok-1 missile and that the project continues by putting it on, second said, "Our goal is for the Siper to land on the field at the beginning of next year and to reach a stage where it can serve the Turkish Armed Forces with all its functions structurally." shared his knowledge.

Siper-Block-I-Missile

Expressing that ROKETSAN is responsible for the Siper Blok-1 Project and that they are doing their part, second said:

“Siper is a very important program for our country. Because it will be the system that will form the backbone of our high-altitude, long-range air defense system. Here, in the first place, a range of over 100 kilometers is aimed from Blok-1 missile. The Block-2 missile, a monoblock designed by TÜBİTAK SAGE, is currently targeting a range of up to 150 kilometers. When we bring these and these capabilities together, we will have implemented a system that can respond very well to the high-altitude long-range air defense needs of the Turkish Armed Forces.

Here, ASELSAN, TÜBİTAK SAGE and ROKETSAN are acting with a very good cooperation model. Everyone is doing their best to implement this system as quickly as possible, under the coordination of our Defense Industry Presidency. At the moment, we can say that there is no obstacle in front of us technically, technologically. Everyone continues to do their best so that 'this system can land on the field' as soon as possible."

Cakir to be launched with domestic propulsion as well

TBH I wish nothing less upon our enemies. But I also don't like slander. And I won't tolerate it.

Improved range of Tolun is 150 km, if launched by a jet from 40 000 feet. It was 100 km before.

Mr Demir had said the range of KGK (which was 110 +km) increased a lot with some improvements including launching attitude which became 50 000 feet now (and probably at faster supersonic speeds).

So we can expect more range for KGK (180 km?)

Add: with these ranges and IIR (laçin and tolun) or Active Radar guided (kgk) versions of these munitions fighter jets and jet uavs will easily be able to destroy ennemy fleets in a very cost effective manner

As mentioned in this article earlier this year and
the above article dated September 2021 where I Demir personally acknowledges that we are working on a submarine launched version of the Atmaca.
Our version of the launcher, if I remember correctly and if it is correct, were to consist of a launcher canister that will leave the submarine and travel a good distance away so that when the missile is launched it wouldn’t give away the position of the submarine firing it.
As Roketsan has been working for quite sometime with “40+” new projects that we don’t know about, could there be a specific one of those already finished and tested that relates to Atmaca missile? Could there be another “Tayfun” case lurking in behind a curtain of secrecy? After all if launched from a submarine away from prying eyes, no one would be the wiser!

President Erdogan: "The range of the typhoon missile was announced as 560 kilometers. I talked to her last week. They said that we will catch 1000 kilometers."

The 1000 km mark is not surprising. When tayfun got revealed many members of the forum thought that the true numbers are close to 1 000 km. With Mr president Erdogan's statement we can assume that turkey is building a ballistic missile close to 2500 km. Its also a possibility that turkey has achieved the mark of 2500 km, but this will not be revealed until they hit another big milestone.

passing SRBM milestone, Turkey now should go for HGV with a range of 1500-2500 km.

We can launch missiles from ships laying canisters on deck at low angles.

Tayfun's true range or another missile?

When approaching the target, the missile descends to a 10 – 15 m altitude to avoid detection.
What about sea conditions? You don't always attack on enemy's ship in calm and sunny weather, do you? İmagine what would you do when the waves were 5 meters? Sea skimming is very delicate work.
