Please no.. most of the partners in business are western -excluding the local ones- (also such for the Milden) and there is a well established partnership stemming from decade or longer ago. Once in awhile he should leave some matters to experts, unlike he did in past conducted negotiations with his own team instead of the experts from SSB, not to some people located in his inner circle who doesn't know a dime about things. Again he should bring some experts from SSB for such negotiations, not some people who is only interested in filling their pockets by brokering.
Switching to Russia will only mess things up, diminish contribution of the Turkish industry and engineers, and result in direct purchase or construction in a Turkish private shipyard's closed hangar and Russian only personnel taking place in design and construction (also will be classified by Russian Lloyd, not the Turkish Lloyd).
Plus it will expel all of the western partners that also contributes to other Naval projects.
Plus, a big no for the Russian submarines for many reasons of being not compatible to TN in terms of standards and quality.
