I imagine that they’ll be upgraded with sensors and such so that they’re capable of relaying intel to other units and vessels. That way they’ll be able to be part of a network.Burak class have nothing to protect against air threats, only a naval gun. Are we going to arm every ship in our arsenal with heavy weapons like the Greecs?
They might equip it with 4/8 sungur, who knows?Burak class have nothing to protect against air threats, only a naval gun. Are we going to arm every ship in our arsenal with heavy weapons like the Greecs?
true Sungur, RAM-like systems, Alpagu type could also be a solution. But not Hisar or Atmaca these systems would be too much IMO.They might equip it with 4/8 sungur, who knows?

TCG Istanbul was towed to drydock months ago, so does the PNS Babur very recently.İ class is still staying on the same spot months after its launch.

I understand Hisar but Atmaca will replace Exocets. Later Atmaca can be used by any ship with advent it is so easy to move Atmaca from Buraks to another ship. They are not even that expensive at 500k $ per missile. 4x Atmaca for Buraks will cost peanuts but will add so much firepower.true Sungur, RAM-like systems, Alpagu type could also be a solution. Maybe I saw someting wrong, both ships have almost the same dimensions. It's difficult to say exact thing from a 15m resolution image...
